^yeah, i get it, i guess...but is this fairly recent? i dont remember it being this way in the past. I wasnt a gas can officianado at all, but hell, i remember picking up metal jerry cans for 20 bucks.

i dont mean to belabor whats probably obvious but do read german or is there a translated site? Is shipping outrageous (at this point that hardly matters, though). What i want is two fuel cans and would love to have a matching water can (but that may just be a pipe dream at this point) and would love to not sell one of my children to do it (unless they stay up all nite).
Oh, and CA banned these cans too! Figures the state would continue to be an emberassment to the other 49.
