Lots of negatives on dealers but I had a great experience today.
I bought my JK with just a soft top. I purchased a hard top at the dealer during spring of this year. The dealer told me when I purchased it that they'd install and flash it for free. When there, I mentioned I heard some Pentistars are ticking and mine was faint. Service man came outside this morning and agreed in 10 seconds mentioning they've had issues.
With that said, we all know they tick but for a dealer to admit it was nice. He said he'd send his driver to get the parts and do it tomorrow (Tuesday) and I could pick it up Wednesday am. Had me a rental and there you have it.
Anyway, good experience at Metro in Rhode Island.

Add me to the list of owners that are VERY satisfied with their dealership! I've never had an issue go unsolved. Navigation went out on my 2012 and when I picked it up they had installed a new 430N...with absolutely no damage to interior trim.
