Looking to buy a Rubi -- but

Rubi shortage
I found the same shortage of inventory here in central texas. I was shopping for jeep's back in March and there were deals everywhere on Rubicon's. I should have pulled the trigger but didn't do it. You could buy a Rubicon loaded for $28,000.
I decided to buy a couple of weeks ago and the inventory had disappeared. I shopped for Rubicon's at several of the dealers within 2 hours of Austin. There were only 5 available and the max they would come off was $3500 off sticker.
I wanted a "deal" and since I would not be doing much heavy duty stuff in the jeep, I ended up buying an auto 4 door X with 3.73 axle and anti spin rear differential. The dealer I bought from did not have any Rubicon's in stock but he had 6 or 7 X's. I saved $7000 buying the X vs the Rubi. I can do a lot of upgrades for $7K.

Ok, found one, Rubi Orange 6-speed (fully loaded). They are asking for $34,895. What do you guys thing, should i go for it, or wait until 2010 models come out and maybe they'll offer new incentives, or just get this one and don't look back?

Whats the sticker price on it? Is it around here or within driving distance for you? Maybe they quoted you that over phone but if you go there ready to buy they will come down more.

hope this isn't against forum policy, but check google for zag and auto and see if you can get discounts through them - i'm sure there are other sites like it too. that's how i got my deal with little to no negotiation...
