Well. All I can say is I don't notice the weight of my km2's much. And I love em. They are worth the weight. at least your not looking into toyos. They are 98lbs before wheel!

(I think it's the heaviest 35" tire)
And, the weight of the 35" KM2 is 68 lbs

If weight is your main concern another alternated would be to look at different rim sizes. If you go with a 15" aluminum rim and 35x12.5 KM2s you probably have the lightest combo out there.
KM2's 35 x 12.5 x 15 = 61 lbs because they are a load range C
15" aluminum rim approx 22-24 lbs
Total around 85 pounds per corner
Also 15" tire are much cheaper you can probably get tire and rim for the same price as a 17" tire alone.
Just some other thoughts

Is it made of steel or alum ?
Also, I read somewhere in this forum a sponsor selling this combo at a very cheap price. Which one?

There is a thread of all the 15s that work on the JK. But no there are tons that fit anything with 3.75 bs or less will work for you. I have this combo and have 40k on it an love it!
