Yeah I've had mine get all sorts of rained on a few times. I'm slowly getting more confident in it, although my speakers in the sound bar might not be doing so hot anymore.

Not certain about the stock speakers, but the Mopar Kicker replacement speakers are water resistant--and sound a whole lot better.

I bought mine used but never looked to see if they were replaced, but they definitely have more crackle then they used to. But I did leave them exposed for a majority of the spring and about half the summer. But you really only notice it when you crank it up to 11

Yup not having a garage at my apartment has led to me water proofing my jeep. Bedlined the interior and good seat covers. I also used a little caulking and tape on the speakers to seal them up a bit more. Now I no longer freak when thunder wakes me up from a nap and it's downpouring outside. I just laugh and bust out the towl I'll sit on when I head to work. It dries out in about 3hrs!!!

I spilled some coffee in my Jeep, I just put the top down and let the rain clean it out.
