Kudos to Rebel Offroad
I just placed an order for ball joints and C-Gussets on their website. I received a follow up call within 10 minutes to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed. In the end, I did but that's still great customer service. Also, you can't beat free shipping.
On the other end of the spectrum is Quadratec. They had the same parts at a commensurate price but they wanted $38 to ship them across the state and never mind the $18 in sales tax on top of that!
