I bought the new KC hood mount lightbar and window pillar brackets from Quadratec. The lightbar comes with a KC decal (3 inch) the window brackets do not. Part of the satisfaction of "modding" my Jeep for me? Is to add the Company decal to my rig when the install is complete! Call me a "Jeep Geek"?

I went to KC Hilites web site and simply asked if they could send me another decal for the passenger side of my rig? (Never expecting a response) I never got a response from the website Today however, I received a giant envelope from KC Hilites with a catalog and not one? Four 3 inch decals! Also 2 of the giant 6 inch decals!

It wasn't like I wanted something for free. I however research all of the companies that produce our aftermarket Jeep parts that interest me and love to show my pride in my choices through the decals!

A simple "Over The Top" response to my request has made me a KC customer for life!

I've purchased all of my aftermarket lighting from KC. I did have one start to rust around the edge and they replaced with no hesitation and quickly.

They are awesome to work with. Great customer service.

That type of customer service is why a company like KC has been around for so long. KC is obviously one of the smart ones....In these days of global communication (and forums like this), a simple thing like shipping 5 bucks worth of stickers can generate thousands of dollars of revenue!

Just when you think customer service is gone. I was getting KC's anyway but this will just reinforce my decision. Glad they helped ya out.
