Justice served
As some of you know, the X was broken (cut) into about a month ago and wanted to know the court outcome. Well, he plead a deal with the D.A..
- 12 months jail time ( 10 suspended)
- 3 years probation
- has to pay back the $100.00 deductible to me within 30 days
-has to pay back State Farm $231.00 for the repair
-cannot set foot on the apartment complex where I live
HAPPY DAY
Oh, just a note, the idiot has to go to court in one month at adjoining county for felony possesion of a stolen firearm and obstruction of justice. Another fine upstanding citizen get his!!!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear he got his, unfortunately most of these cases go unsolved. Good luck getting that $100 though, I'm guessing if he's got Felony charges coming up, he's not one to follow through on his commitments.

Karma strikes again!! Well glad to see he got his, anyone who would even think of cutting open a Jeep should be beaten with a large cast iron Jeep logo... Send him a post card in Jail, make sure to tell him how great the view is through your new window... Well I would... -Captian

He was too stupid to leave the area after my alarm went off and I found him in a neighbors car. He ran and I chased him. I was a tad bit disadvantaged by him being 30 years younger and...aahhh... a few pounds lighter . I would have caught him but I was barefooted . I did recognize him though, that was his downfall.
