"5. We love the stiffer chassis, and the suspension on the new JK is awesome. Don’t ruin it by installing a slap-together lift kit. Aftermarket, get to work!"

What exactly is the meaning of this? (the slap-together lift kit) Are they referring to the lift kits that are available at this point, or are they talking about home made?

I'm not sure but if I could guess, I think they are refering to lift kits assembled with parts belonging to other vehicles (i.e. TJ parts). Although, this won't be that easy to do as at least the rear coils won't fit.

I can't wait till the new jeep comes out! Wow I would love to see a nice and toasty jeep with a 3.8 minivan motor and a leaky top!

Somebody resurrected the first JK-forum thread last year. I cant remember what it was though. I think it was Eddie talking about ordering his or else his sema visit to see the JK..hmmmm

Edit: I think this was it: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/new-member-registry-21/welcome-jk-forum-com-6/

Man looks to be awesome. Finally, the first non leaking, clunk free Jeep that shifts as smooth as butter!
