Default JKer's in N. Houston Area, 1st time poster

To those reading I'm looking for someone to help me install a 3" full traction premium lift. After sifting thru all the posts on the good and bad of this lift decided on it anyways. I just like the components and I can't afford the ultimate right now.

Ahyways, what I am looking for is someone that is mechanically competent to help me install the lift. My first car was a 97 tj that had a 4" rancho lift and 33's but was installed by an offroad shop. At the same time, I guess, my other first car was a 64 1/2 mustang that me and my restored with a frame and a body.

So, so I have mechanical experience but never done anything on my own. So, if there any people in the north houston area that can oversee me so I don't screw up, like pinion and caster angles, steering wheel alignment please help.

I have the suspension in hand, and spidertrax 1.5" wheels, and plan on using 18" stock sahara wheels, so if i can get someone to help out that woukd be great.

I am poor but am willing to pay in beer or liquor, or anything as long as you teach me what I need to kbow to keep my jeep happy.

I'm off of 45 and rayford sawdust. Another problem is that I live in apts. and do not have a garage or all the proper tools to do this lift I am willing to go within a reasonable distance for help, I know I said that I would pay in beer but also willing to do more. I guess I just need help but I don't want to overextend those willing to help. If you are still willing I would love the help and experience, after all that is what I'm looking for (experience).

Jeep fan since diapers, just looking for help.

P.S. Cosby is definitely a reasonable distance and would except anywhere in the Houston area.

The weekend of the 28th would be great for me if you, jeffmarion, are still willing with my previous post. I will come to you if that is o.k.

Your jeep is bad a**. I would like 37's but it's my daily driver and I drive to the TX panhandle to see my family every couple of months so it's not not really cost effective for me right now to put that many miles on it (even though 35's aren't much smaller).

Love the jeep and would love your help.e

That will work.. I have all the tools, air compressor etc... although we will have to do it in the drive way since my CJ has taken up residence in the garage .....
