So the dealer replaced the parking brake (covered under warranty), I still have to crank it so tight in order for it to hold.

I asked if the engine should hold in 1st gear, they said yes it should hold. Then I said it was moving down my driveway in small increments, they changed and said, it's possible it can turn the engine and allow the Jeep to move. ????

So I will have a friend come over and test his JK in my driveway and see if it holds in gear (without the brake).
