Have you taken off your spare tire to see if it's your lugs on your tire carrier that are possibly rusting or even the lug nuts?

I know it's not the lugnuts on mine, I replaced them with locking ones. My spots were there when I got it from the dealer. I will try the armor-all wipes.

My Mountain has the same stains. It was there when we bought it and have not been able to "wash" it off.

armoral interior wipes seems to do the trick, dont ask me why but it got off all the stains from the last rain, as well as one stain that was left on it post-detail from the dealer...got them all off completely
