definitely my daily driver!!!
in winter it gets me to work in the snow.. (can drive the median around the freeway accidents)...
in summer it makes going to work FUN!!. and can sit "outside" with the top N doors off to eat my lunch even when the restaraunts patio dining is full

Mine will be a DD when it finally gets here. Since I sold my '01 Frontier CC my '99 TJ is my DD - I guess it will have to do for a few more days. . . .

I bought my Jeep January 31st, 2009 and drive it every day. I currently have 32,000 miles (my 2 year/36,000 mile warranty is almost up). No significant mods. Just mirror relocation brackets and two piece soft doors for the summer months. Love having the 4wd for the winter commute and the ability to put down the top for the summer commute. Mostly highway driving.
No problems. Just had it in for my 30,000 mile service. They wanted to know if I had the brakes changed. Apparently I have 9mm left out of 11mm which they feel is a lot for the mileage I have. I told him I never stop.
It is a 2dr X with manual transmission.
