DD will be the 2012 Unlimited J7 stripper diesel (if available) or base Sport with diesel (or Pentastar if no diesel) with half doors, even in upstate New York winters (unless Jeep starts offering dual top and door packages).
Been driving VW Golf's for years and they are GREAT cars, but just too much opportunity to go top/doorless to pass up.

My wife takes the Jeep for her daily commute. 25 miles round trip of dirt roads across the mountains. I take the Honda Civic for my daily commute (about 80 miles round trip on highways).

Check...DD here. I love it like the day I got her, it just don't get any better than driving a JK everyday. 4", 35s, 3.73(soon 4.88), etc.....Wouldn't have it any other way!!!!!!!
