I'm gonna pull the the back seat out of my 2 door sport for a while.
I'm wondering if any manufacturers make a cargo area liner that I can throw over to protect the entire rear area,, and just remove it when I need to periodically put the back seat in.
Or has anyone made their own? My girlfriend is pretty darn good at sewing so I've thought about getting a moving blanket and cutting it to size and shape and have her sew it up around the edges all nice and pretty

any thoughts or advice are greatly appreciated

not sure how I missed those before.
I have no experience with either brand, but I've had my eye on the Quadratec front floor mats.

I have the quadratec. It's very nice and gives full coverage both with the seat on or off. It also has per marked lines should you need to cut for the infinity sub (I did). It also has cut outs for the back seat so you can keep it in with the back seat in. Recommended.

I've had the Quadratec cargo liner installed with the back seat in since the Jeep was new (over 2 years now). Very happy with it. I use my Jeep daily for work and am always hauling material/parts and it's held up great!

Mopar makes one also.. Jeep logo. It has the cut outs so the seat can be put in on top of it. If you have seen the slush mats it's similar

I got the Quadratec on with all the floor liners as well. I do a lot of camping when it's warm and it has been a life saver when the cooler decides to leak on me. Sooner or later this I'm going to rip the carpets out and bed line the inside completely.

I got the Husky cargo liner, removed the back seat for the dog. The Husky is a tad flimsy for my liking, but I used some heavy duty velcro to hold it in place.
If you do plan on using velcro, it will only grab on the carpet over the spare tire. Here is a pic of our setup.

Is there a cargo liner made that doesn't require you to remove the rear seat for its installation? I only want to fold and tumble the rear seat forward and have a liner that doesn't require any cutting or modification. It should just back up to the forward tumbled rear seat and your done - right?

The Quadratec/RR liner has cutouts for the seat. That way you have both in at the same time.
