So, it doesn't sound like a "dead" tracking number to me. FWIW, I was in the U.S. military years ago and shipments to Germany would take in excess of 3 weeks sometimes.
Again, I would contact the shipper (jeepsareus) and check the status of the order.

I've dealt with them a few times over the past 4-5 years and always had a good experience.
Average shipping time to Canada has been between 5-10 days depending on the size of the item and how long Canada Customs decides to hold the package for.

If parts are in the back order,so why they told me,the items is sent?
Paying is OK .Jeepsareus recieved money from me via PayPal.Both company confirmed it.
I´m ordering different parts from USA many years but only with Jeepsareus is still problem This is second time already.

I haven't dealt with Jeepsareus but my friend does consistently. This is the first time I have heard anything bad about them. I'm assuming that you ordered a Mopar part that's on backorder like someone else previously mentioned. Considering Chrysler has been dealing with bankruptcy and the plants have been essentially closed they are probably in the same boat you are.

My order is finally at home! Problem was in wrong written my name. But I don´t understand ,why a tracking number was inactive.
I ordered two things,a seat belt and a key with transponder. They sent me only the seat belt but the key they forgot got in the box! 309$ just for seat belt, not bad price,what?
Now,starts next round!
