Sorry...no club member here.
Like I said, I got it for my wife to haul the kids around in...will be trading it soon for something bigger.
She has no need for a club, unless it involves breastfeeding or shooting stuff.

ha ha , i'm glad you can take a joke / not get all pissy !!!!

and yes there are breast feeding clubs ( wife was in one , i offered to help but didn't have any takers)

Sounds like a couple of punks. I don't care if someone is driving Oscar Myer Weiner Mobile. If someone waves, why not return the gesture?

However....

The other day I was travelling on TX Hwy 259, and came to an intersection oppposite a white JK unlimited Rubicon with a JK sticker on the side.
Naturally, I waved out of habit.
The other driver pointed, said something to his buddy, and they both began laughing....giving me the middle finger as they drove away.

Now, I know i was with my family in my wife's Hummer H3, but I still feel their behavior was unacceptable, no matter what I was driving.

I understand I paid more for her H3 (she didnt want a minivan) than he did, and that I may not have gotten as much for my money as he....but why the hatred towards the Hummer?

I think its a great highway vehicle for my family, and its very comfortable.

Anyway, I decided to compare his stock Rubi to my wifes stock H3, to see what was so terrible that he felt that his action was appropriate.

Turns out the H3 isnt a terrible vehicle. (yes, i said it!)

Over that Stock Rubicon, it has:
factory leather
heated seats
side curtain airbags (keep in mind this is for hauling the kids)
40 more horses
a couple more ftlbs of torque
4.56s vs the Rubi 4.10s
4ft smaller turning radius than the JK (37ft vs. 41.2ft)
greater tow capacity
and as an audiophile, I think the stock H3 stereo sounds better than the JK infinity. Im sure options for speaker placement helps a lot....and its cool that the sub is out of the way.

Now....Its true that my wife cant drive in 2wd if she wants to (like he can)
...and the top doesnt come off (She rarely even opens the Sunroof)
and he has an inch more ground clearance...and most importantly...
THE HUMMER'S NOT A JEEP.

I just dont understand why someone would deem it that important to be so rude.

Those on here who know me....know I love my Jeep, mod it constantly, and wheel it hard. I am not a poser, nor in favor of attempting any type of crawls in the H3. Im just saying its not a complete piece of junk, and cant see why its so hated by some Jeep owners.

EDIT: No, we do not have bling, spinners, extra chrome, low pros, or anything like that on the Hummer....
We had all chrome removed before we left the dealer, and blacked out everything else.

EDIT #2: for all of you who ask for pics of everything....

There ya go...Im sure you guys have something to say...
That's very nice.
BTW, the H3 looks pretty good also.
