No matching spare tire and wheel,worn out tires,3.8 buy a 2012 you will be happier trust me.

I thinks it's more worth it to buy a new spare and tires all around for that good of deal!

This is understandable but not an option. I would love a 2012 but what dealers are asking is far outside of my price range. I've entertained the idea of getting a sport or other base model but I would like to build my jeep up over time. So a better t case, factory lockers and sway bar disco really make it easier to build up over time.
