On a long highway drive I plug in my MP3 player and crank out some Classic Rock.
Keeps me focused and alert.

Anything that sounds good Loud on the highway since you can't hear it otherwise. Usually let the gf decide and I keep veto power.

Off road I prefer no music or something light to listen to what's going on with the Jeep.
