Default Jeep Stickers

I peeled off both "X" stickers yesterday. Just looked cheesy to me. I'm about to peel off the "wrangler" sticker as well. Not because they look dippy like the X's but, well...just because. Anyone else take off the "wrangler" stickers?

I was thinking about taking off the 'X' stickers to make room for the project JK logo.

What was your method or the best method to remove them?

I took mine off as well. Saw a few pictures of other Jeeps without it and I thought it looked nice. I took off the Trail Rated badge, too. I was thinking about putting something else there to personalize it a little.. I just need to find a site that has Jeep related decals.

fingernailed the corner and pulled. actually, my wife accomplished most of it. she then used nail polish remover to remove any remaining adhesive. started off with the JK forum logo's in this manner. great logo, but the silvers don't match with Jeep's. plus i just decided to go stickerless as i realized that jeeps are the only vehicles i can think of that come with stickers. after a bit of thought, the stickers (all of them) just began to give off this "cheap" vibe and had to go.

Don't use nail polish remover, that stuff will remove paint too! Use something like WD 40 if you have any residue!

People, STOP using chemicals on your jeep's paint!!!!

Grab a hair drier and heat up the sticker, then slowly pull with even pressure starting in one corner. Keep the hair drier on it as you pull from one side. If you take your time, the sticker will come off in one piece and you will have no residue.

Here's one option if you like the look of the previous wrangler's decals. To get the Wrangler stickers off I used a hair dryer to warm them and then they peeled right off. I used WD40 to get any residue that was left over. Then I cleaned the area and applied the TJ-style Jeep decals. Final step was to drive through some mud Good Luck.
