Don't worry JK-Tex, some of those that have not embraced technology (also know as e-lectrinic devil communication boxythingamajigs) also find it difficult to pop the cap of a bottle of Mydol too.

Yes indeed, name calling is much more productive than a little venting about some frustration over wanting to spend your hard earned money and feeling like you aren't getting great customer service.

i work long hours and a lot of the venders are closed when i get a chance to order parts. if a vender does not answer my email they lose the sale. plain and simple. and seeing the venders pay the bills on this forum some of the cute comments could become very unwelcome. just my .02

I actually found someone who does have a "bone to pick" with Northridge 4x4.
She told me "My person went to Northridge 4x4 and all I got was this stupid T-shirt, doesn't he have like a squeaky bone, frisbee or a doggie chew"?

i agree, I've pm'ed and e-mailed a few maufactures on here and have never heard back.....not the best customer service at all, doesn't make me want to spend my money with them. The venders/manufactures that do reply I would much rather give me money too.
