CRCJK: Any idea when the iphone app will hit the market? As for not getting a paper copy of the manual, that's some bull! Not many Jeepers take their laptops out on the trail...

 

Thanks for the info scruffy. Just ordered my paper manual. The DVD doesn't really help when you are out somewhere and need to look something up away from your computer.

 

If you have a smart phone you could just download the manual in pdf format from Jeep's website. The you can just load it on your phone and you will always have it handy when needed.

 

Three days after picking up my Jeep, I went to the dealer asking about my missing manual (hardcopy). The guy told me that as of 2010 they no longer issue the books with the vehicles, but that I could order one online. Received the book within a week after ordering in the mail.

 

Finally got mine yesterday.

 

I ordered one for my wife's Wrangler and mine as well. I got them both in about 2 weeks. But, I didn't receive a special case for the manual. Side note: the manual may be printed on the flimsiest tissue paper I've ever held.
