You mean they didn't get PERFECT when they told me that 'yes, your bad valves are a problem' but that 'no, we have no plans to fix them'?!?
To be fair, I went to another dealer, same town, and have been treated really well. I guess it's hit and miss, which is too bad given the tight conditions in the market these days.

For the Wrangler Unlimited at least, there are a lot of people that may have never considered a Jeep otherwise. Then they see the new cool SUV and buy it. Then they are disappointed with it afterwards.
But since this is the entire Jeep brand (not just the Wrangler) I don't know if that's the case all together. Like someone said before with the GC the dollars spent vs the perceived value of the vehicle played a big role in dissatisfaction for some customers.

Well I once owned a car and it was too quiet on the trails and I took it on the trails all the time, I also had a problem with ripping the muffler off everytime I went over some rocks.....

the jeep is not for "all consumers"
70% of people that buy a jeep dont know what the hell its for.
a consumer satisfaction report should be done by an offroad organization ,,not by some university ignorants, LOL
