Today i was reading the Car and Driver for January 2012 and i came accross some interesting jeep facts just thought you guys would like to hear them. Sales 2010: 207,546 and 2011: 303,793. Thats up 46% from 2010 to '11. Also it says the Wrangler and the Unlimited have some of the lowest Collision Insurance claims.

I just checked, with comprehensive/collision, and a 500k bodily/100k property policy, I pay 1137/yr for the Jeep. Single vehicle, single owner, no home - so I'm only getting the rate I am based on my driving record (flawless) and carrying insurance for who knows how many years with the same company. 2012 2dr Rubicon in TX (San Antonio - talk about awful drivers - I'd save hundreds by moving elsewhere).
