good because they shipped me out the wrong bumper I want to me pay 75 dollars to fix it.

That sucks. I hope you get them to do right. If you used a credit card is it possible to dispute the charge?

Your dilemma highlites one reason, especially if it is a high dollar item, that I pay a little more and go through the vendors sponsored here such as (but not limited to) Northridge or Quadratec.

While they too might make mistakes (its all run by humans), it is unlikely they will fail to make it right.
