Default Insane clutch problem

I drive a 2010 JK and late last year I had the throw out bearing, master cylinder and slave cylinder replacedThen, this summer I was driving back from Illinois to Florida and after a long stretch of highway I needed to downshift, but my clutch pedal just went all the way to the floor. Pressing it a second time it worked fine. It's very intermittent, only after highway driving. I've had 2 mechanics look at it so far but no one can figure out the problem. On short trips in town, it's fine. But after driving on the highway is when it happens. Any ideas? Thanks!
