Do any of you know if Jeep or DaimlerChrysler has established an informal dispute settlement procedure? I checked both website but don't see anything like that?

Im begining to think that when they called me back it was just a crank call on DC's part.

Yeah they should hire the Jerky Boys to call you back and tell you that should incur the costs to fix whatever you want fixed.

And then when you tell them that it should be covered by warranty and you know so becasue you read it in the warranty papers, They will just tell you that just paperwork.
