summit racing sells a 35 Medalist mud king (same as BFG Mud) that is made by BFG. Even has a BFG part number. Do a search for 35 mud tire, for the rediculusly low price. less then 140.

I also stand behind the Hankooks. They are a killer value. I hope they come out in a 325/80/16 soon or I'm gonna have to go with Baja Claw Radials which are crazy expensive.

x2 on the Mud Kings. I've had 2 sets in the past on different vehicles and they were very good tires. I think the tread pattern is the original BFG MT pattern so they are louder than current BFG MT's but they do what they're supposed to do. I've heard good reports about the Maxxis Bighorns and the mud tire that Pep Boys sells (supposed to be made by Cooper).
You don't have to pay a lot of money for a quality tire. You just have to be careful what you get.

The Dunlops are a very good tire for the money. 2 of my buddies ran these on there TJ's. They liked them for what they paid for them. They were pretty loud compared to my MT/R's, and IMO they wore kinda fast, but again you cant beat the price.

Thanks for the info...keep the ideas coming!

I never heard of the hancooks, but sounds like everyone likes them well.

Take a look at Mastercraft tires. They are made by Cooper and perform very well. Dirt cheap too!!
