My 2013 needed this part replaced last month, did the part and o rings. Had no problem getting the parts. Jeep has over 200,000 kilometers. And yes if you are getting a shop to do this and you have high mileage I would do the o rings and oil cooler/filter assembly as you wind up pulling a lot of parts to dig down to the parts that need replacing and the labour is expensive.
Someone else pointed out that the 12-13 3.6L uses a different part number then the 14+. Looked at Rockauto just now and only parts listed for 14+ which were aftermarket were out of stock. The 12-13 had parts in stock.
