I'm a noob...again!
Hey, everybody...Chief here. I owned a couple of TJs about 10 years ago and then got rid of them. Just bought a '09 Rubicon a few days ago..boy, have Jeeps come a long ways! I'm slowly figuring things out about the new Jeep. Still figuring out which way I want to go with it. Everybody knows what a stock Jeep looks like, but I'll post a pic anyways.
Great site...lookin' forward to hangin' out with you guys.

Welcome (back) to Jeeps, and congrats on getting a Rubicon! One of the first big mods is to go with a lift, and I'd say the most common size to start with is 2.5". These JKs really allow you to stuff pretty large tires under them with light modifications/smaller lifts. Whichever way you decide to go, make sure to post up some pics as you mod!

Welcome to the site Chief, and congrats on the new Jeep. Take your time deciding what you want to do with it. Mod it to suit your taste and needs but keep in mind the Rubi is an EXTREMELY capable vehicle in its stock configuration and unless you plan on really serious offroading no major mods are required.
Again, congrats and welcome to the site

Nice jeep man. What kind of area do you live in. Is there rocks, mud, fire trails, big hills, desert or all of the above. Also do you plan on it being weekend warrior (dd to work) or just a trial rig. There is a lot of factors and ways you can build your rig. Welcome and let the reading and researching begin
