It would be a hard choice for me. I know If I had a Hemi (which would be tight) I would just break stuff all the time. I guess I would just keep it real and mount up a hell of a Winch!

Only 1? Dang! I guess I'd go with a locking rear diff. (preferably front and rear but, if just picking one, rear) Having wheeled with and without, a locker makes a HUGE difference!

I would see one mod as being a complete lift kit.
If it had to be just one part, I'd get EVO sliders, they come in a pair.
A winch would be good, but you would need some kind of winch plate.
