it's a shame about your Jeep...
I had an insurance claim about 10 years ago and after getting tired of the run-a-around, i mentioned to them that i was not happy with the management of the situation, as I kept asking the insurance rep, "yes or no, are you going to cover this or not" after still no answer I politely told the representative, that I felt they were willfully declining a legitimate claim and that perhaps the state insurance commision should be informed of the situation and that I felt that the insurance company was taking advantage of my good nature by not retaining legal representation but "perhaps the time has come"....
I had my check in 72 hours.
PS...i never flat out said i was done with them and seeking a lawyer.
good luck

I'll probley be selling the 3" ultimate lift, I'm just going to go straight to a long arm on the new one.
I found a 07 2 door rubicon, hopefully by next week it'll be in my driveway
if its not sold that is...

the one arm possibly is damaged, It doesnt look like it is, I wont know until its off. If it is, I'll buy a replacement.
One shock is destroyed, other than that its OK.
It'll be the complete lift, shocks, track bars, control arms, brake brackets, etc.
