I still dont know about the JK though...
You shouldn't have any issues with getting money for the mods you have (assuming you have proof of them (duh, just look at them)). Since it wasn't your fault, her insurance company should cover it all - they most likely will protest, but you didn't ask to have an accident with their client.

$18,000 in damage

Cracked Engine block, the bellhousings cracked, New frame. Not sure if its totalled yet...

Personally, I think "pain and suffering" is a cop out, as is back pains and "mental anguish." You cant really prove back pain.

i'm not going after anyone personally or for medical bills. I'm not that kinda person. I just want my JK fixed or compensated for $$ loss.

A cracked engine block will most times total loss one.....

got yeah, Mine too. To many times do I see people asking for an ambulance just so its on the report for a minor fender bender. people are way to greedy

Ouch....that blows man.....Here in Canada they have osme sort of thing that says if the damage is more than xx% then it is a write off. If they go by Blue Book of yours, I am pretty sure it is a write off.

yeah, it has to be 75% of the value, but since I added 10,000 on my insurance it jacks the value up. Its books at 18,000 here

Its boarderline right now..
