You shouldn't have any issues with getting money for the mods you have (assuming you have proof of them (duh, just look at them)). Since it wasn't your fault, her insurance company should cover it all - they most likely will protest, but you didn't ask to have an accident with their client.

Ouch....that blows man.....Here in Canada they have osme sort of thing that says if the damage is more than xx% then it is a write off. If they go by Blue Book of yours, I am pretty sure it is a write off.
