I think that will be border line write-off with the daylight photos...very close anyways.....

well i guess if you hit it in the right place 
you had a nice jeep but everything that you wish you did instead of what you did do, now can be redone

yeah, that frame is bent for sure. With it needing a new front axle and a transmission and the bottom end of that motor being messed up from the pan being punched into it It's totaled and don't take no less than the price of a brand spanking new rubi with $10000 in add ons. b stubborn about it they don't wanna go to court. I'd have gone to the hospital myself. My neck and lower back hurt like hell just from lookin at that wreck. U say u are ok, U could end up like one of my ex's who got hit from behind. As long as she was young she was ok. Ten years down the road she had migraines and neck and back pain so bad she got on pain meds and got addicted to prescription pain meds.
U should be getting pain and suffering from the pain and suffering you and your wife are gonna feel in the future. Mental anguish from loss of your beloved JEEP also.
