Default I think I messed up

Was messing around today testing out flex and stuff and I think I broke something. When I came up I heard a loud pop so I stopped to check it out. It looks like the AEV drop bracket is stuck on the curb and I can't move forward or backwards. I tried to put it in AWD but it doesn't seem to work. I probably should have disc'd but I don't have my wrench with me. I have a hi-lift on my bumper, but TBH I have never used the thing before and wouldn't know where to start.

Any suggestions? Or if anyone is in the area, maybe you could winch me off?

Thanks!

Is the drop bracket broken or just what you're stuck on? What broke?

Try the high lift against any frame part of the Jeep you're not concerned about scraping/bending to see if you can just get off that part you're stuck on.

Good thing you carry a hi-lift! Any pics underneath to see what's hung up?

Ok, based on the pic I would tend to assume something broke.

Good one got me for a sec. Sounds a lot like an April Fools joke! It's only 5pm in California and is still sunny out in SoCal!

Just out of curiousity, if you were testing flex, why would you keep your sway bars connected to do so?
