I love my new 2009 4dr Rubi, but...
I just took delivery last night of my new 2009 black 4 dr Rubi. I really love it, but I've got my first complaint. What is the deal with the horn? American and most German cars used to have great horns, but the horn on the new Rubi sounds as bad or worse than a Japanese car horn. Really weak. Even my girlfriend commented on it. Anybody have any suggestions on an aftermarket replacement? I live in Boston and a good horn is a requirement to survive.

Well if kafka if you got a manual you "might" get the infamous tommy-gun rattle, but really dude congrats on the Rubi, awesome choice (the Corvette Z06 of JK's in my opinion
), but I love all JKs, Xs and Saharas alike 
The horn is about the lamest thing on the JKs. I'm looking into something that'll keep people outta my lane, got some good ideas, not legal but I sure like the ambulance horns

Wait until you run it through some deep water and water gets in the horn.
Then honk it! It'll sound like a muted VW Bug horn for a few days.
i wanna get a fire engine horn...please? anyone?

Turning the radio up is also a good solution to all of the other sounds you are about to discover.
