I bought the JK after missing my TJ (sold it 3 years ago).
But I wanted something more family friendly. (no kids but a nephew and a niece and two big dogs) Opted for the 2wd but I still love the feeling you get with no top and no doors. It kicked my motorcycle urge I was having. My wife loves this one better because it is an automatic.
It is my hobby and my money pit but I wouldn't trade it for nothing.
When I win the lottery or become independently wealthy I am going for the 4wd and max it out. The wife can have the 2wd.

 

• I love that I can change the look of my vehicle by just taking off the doors, or put the top back, or combinations of the two.
• I love that I drive by new car lots and there's not a car on the lot that I'd rather have!!
• I love that there are almost unlimited mods that I can do without it looking like I've done too many!!
• I love that I feel like I'm part of a family with all the other Jeepers!

 

the jeep is the only vehicle I've wanted to keep forever. my wife ask me the other day what vehicle I would buy if i won the lottery, to my surprise I could not answer, so I said an unlimited( mine is a two door)

 

I've had my JK (Unlimited Rubicon) for only a week.

Wouldn't trade it in for anything.

 

i like looking at the hood as i drive down the freeway. the hood latches.. the silver paint.. the middle hook.. the shape..

 

I'm loving the new Jeep experience so far. The versatility, its ability to create adventures, its character, the way it makes me smile every time I get behind the wheel. I'm just hoping it holds up over the long road because I plan to keep it for many years.

 

My JK Jeep is the very first vehicle I can say I love!
I love it in the winter as it handles the snow with no problems compared to others
I love it in the summer as nothing beats having no roof/windows
I love it as I can truly and easily custom it to my own personal likes
