I just joined the jeep club!
Hey guys,
Just purchased my first jeep! I love it..! It took me a while. I have always wanted one, but I managed to talk myself out of it every time because of the lack of room. However, I finally pulled the trigger on an 08 X. I went ahead and went with the auto trans so wife could drive it. On the test drive I let her drive it first and her words were "Wow, I have got to get me one of these..!"
Anyhow,
I am trying not to let all the mods get out of hand right now, but I want to slowly add to it. What things do you guys suggest first?
Thanks!

I got the silver ... It caught my eye. It also looks a little cleaner even when dirty.
What suggestions do you guys have for step rails/rock sliders....?

My last Jeep was Silver. I loved it. My newest one is Black. HUGE difference in the amount of time/care it takes to get it to look all shiny and nice.

Those look nice!
However, I am scared to death to start drilling on my 1 week old jeep....
As far as colors...I had a Ranger FX4 and it was black. I couldn't ever keep that thing clean. That's why I went with the silver.

Congrats but I warn you it is a dz(disease). My first car was not a car, it was a Jeep and since then I have always had at least one in my garage. Welcome to the club!
