Anyone seen a decent bonnet scoop that could be used one where the intake is up an inch or 2 higher than the bonnet line, maybe rear facing.
Having a petrol engine , if my bonnet is completely under water, I've probably got more issues than water in the intake.

I hope that no one working for you insurance company has a JK and surfs this site. Cool that you were able to get it covered...OUCH!!!! That would have been big money!!

It depends what style cai you have. If it is an open cai like he had on it, it wouldnt work even with a snorkel. If you have the other style someone has posted in this thread with the enclosure, you could use it. But at that point there is no reason for it other than looks, you would have just as much performance by dropping a K&N Filter in the stock box.
