Too bad you couldnt pay the difference for a hemi. Usually the insurance company makes the check to you. Put some money with it and get a Hemi.

i am kinda battling with the same thing about a snorkel... i dont like the looks of the ones that are available now. RR by far is the best looking, but still not my cup of tea...

someone needs to design an in cab version... maybe too loud... who knows... something that routes underneath and possible to trunk area of the vehicle.

You are incredibly lucky that your insurance is taking care of that...man am I happy for you, that would really suck to have to pay for those repair costs.

Do yourself a favor in the future though....lose the CAI all together and get yourself a snorkel or a winch; the highlift won't do anything when stuck in water....(you could use it as a winch but not by yourself and it's pretty dangerous)

Good luck with everything and let us know what you decide to do!

Dude, CAI and water don't mix, you need a snorkle, and splashing through, that's no bueno. Slow and steady wins the race baby. Where's your head?

Get a winch. It'll be a help to you and your friends if they get stuck. Glad you're back up and running.
