That's the kind of info I was looking for.

I always thought it blew hotter than other cars I've had. Wasn't sure if it was my imagination or not.

Thanks to all for the feedback.

yeah, it is the best heater I've ever had in a vehicle. If I leave it selected to the front vents for awhile, the area where the temp. controls are gets hot to the touch, and a cooling fan comes on in the stereo.

Heater is not bad, it heats up just fine.

But on the other hand, the DEFROSTER SUCKS.

Yes, it could definitely cover the windshield a little more!

I'm hoping it'll be better next year with the tub bedlined.

The front seats get WAY too hot to have the heater blasting! At one point I considered installing 12v fans under the front seats to pump heat into the freezing rear seat area, or to find some hoses to hook to the dash outlets and run them to the back.

Just one more Jeep thing I guess.
Have the same issue. When we went to NY a few weeks ago, it was in the 20's. The front seats were hot and the back area was cold. The only work around I found that made it workable was the wife and myself dressed lite, and made the kids wear sweaters. Then the only way the kids got any heat was putting the mode to defrost or part floor and defrost. But defrost only worked best to get the heat to the rear. On floor only they were cold.

Bi-lev, and point the vents towards the top. That gets to the rear seats.

Works fine BUT on high fan settings it is way too noisy - so, to avoid the noise, you have to keep it on the lower settings, and it is marginal.

at 1 degree the other day took about 10 minutes for the jeep to warm up but then it was burn your finger tips off hot. I cant have it pointed at my hands to long or they actually start to hurt. good heater defroster is alright. rear defrost in the window works like a champ
