46 - Grew up driving my pops '73 CJ5 ... even courted my wife in it!
Now many years later I bought my first very own 4 door JK and wonder why it took me sooooo long???? She stays in the garage all week and comes out to play on the weekends.
Now I traded in my sons '07 civic and bought him a 2 door JK too (lucky kid).

30.
Wanted a Jeep since I can remember.
On my second JK.
1st was a 2007 Sahara Unlimited. 2nd (present) is a 2009 Rubicon Unlimited.
Both were/ are DD.
...This thread should have been a "poll" with age brackets. Would have been interesting to see the average age of a JK owner.

My wife and I are in our 30's and have been dreaming of having one since our late 20's. At 32 years of age, I think 1. I probably enjoy it for many different reasons than a teenageer would and 2. cant imagine driving anything else now.
I will agree with her though, that it is INDEED a toy. In fact its the biggest tinker toy I have ever owned and has inspired me to know more about my car than any car I have ever owned before.
So you will likely see me around still when the 2020 BioDieselHemiHybrid Powered BK Rubicon comes out. . . . . .
