Bought a 2009 'Rock Red' Sahara Unlimited for my 71st birthday. Wife thought the ride would be worse than my Ranger PU, but now loves it.
The last Jeep I drove was a '50 SW that my Dad owned from '52-'56.

45. I have had my JK Unlimited for a year now and it is my DD.
Best vehicle I have ever owned. Four seasons of fun.
Sitting here in CT at work as the Nor'easter comes in. Not worried about the drive home.

I will be turning 4 again this year

With two short lived exceptions I have always been a truck person. My first vehicle was a car that my parents got me, and my vehicle prior to the Jeep was a Toyota Corolla. I was driving around 6k a month and needed the economical vehicle....

Anyway, got stuck in some Houston flash flooding last summer and traded the car in promptly. I will not be stuck in high water again....

Now I look forward to learning how to wheel it.

I am selling my Formula Firebird and V-8, lifted Ranger. The Jeep fills both roles as my DD and play toy. It has more power than the Firebird and is much safer than my Ranger. I sold my last ZX Ninja bike a few years ago but at least I can take the top off the Jeep to compensate

Then again, my wife has known me since we were 14 and she long ago gave up trying to get me to grow up. Heck, I still play World of Warcraft with friends.

Driving the back roads into work when they are covered in snow is a fun, delicate dance with a 6.1!
What year Formula?

I been looking for a '70-'72 TA for years.
