At barely over 25,000 miles on my way to work Wed I got the dreaded check engine light 
.....pulled code, cylinder 2 misfire. I was surprised, shes been running great, no new funny noises, no drop in MPG, nothing...just the check engine light. Well I dropped it off at the dealer today, to replace the drivers side head as well as do the trans cooler line recall. Dealer was great said it should be ready Monday or Tuesday, I left in about 15 mins with a loaner. Just updating this thread.....

39600 and the water pump just started making a moan at cold start up. Going in next week to have it diagnosed first. Still a slight tick at start up at times.

I just crossed 21K miles and its back in the garage over night at the dealership. Couple weeks ago the check engine light was on showing misfires on the #6 cylinder. They replaced the coil pack. The light returned, they did a computer update, with no luck. Hopefully tomorrow the will figure something out... again.

I'm now over 42,000 on my 2012. I've had it for two years. About to tow my toyhauler on about a 1200 mile round trip this weekend. I love my jeep. It's been flawless except for the slow clock which I had the dealer fix.
