I watched it a day or two longer and confirmed that I lost like 0.5 to 1 mpg. I'm not sure why - different aerodynamics maybe??

What other mods do you have? Seems really low.

17 is great in my opinion. I'm at 15.6 highway and 14.2 everywhere else. Some other people are in the 11-14 range too.

MPG? I hardly pay attention cause it's a Jeep. I knew what to expect when I got it. It's as aerodynamic as a brick.

I just passed the 1000KM mark today in my unmodded JKU auto..... my calculations (converting l/100km) give 17.42 mpg....which I am pretty pleased with.... I do some highway ...but when I use it I am lucky to get to 60mph ....and more often traveling between 20-40 mph...

Some of this may be due to the fact that it's a new car and I am less apt to put the pedal to the metal.... especially as there isn't much response when I do

I'm thinking of a CAI mod asap for the minimal power improvement..... I know it's a bit off topic, but I do feel more inclined to just mosey along in the JK....it just makes me feel less hurried....

Stock 2011 Rubi Unlimited, 6sp, 4:10's
I average 15-18 in town, on the road I get 20-23, on hills it will sometimes average 16-18. (Still better than stock advertised for the JK)
I saw the online ad for a performance chip from SLR Motorsports, promised increased HP, TQ & MPG. It was only about $60.00, I figured what the heck if it increases mpg, I could use all the help I can get so I ordered it. Put it in and as far as the "performance" side of it (HP & TQ) not really sure if it did much to improve that but it did increase the MPG's which I figure is more important to me being as our Jeeps are basically rolling bricks.

I'm so confused..my 09 sahara runs 70mph at 1950rpms and I have 4.10's.
