Site vendor or not, that kind of information may be useful to other forum members (that is the purpose of the site). It would help to know the information on the vendor and the product, especially if it is direct shipped. Not to mention, the vendor may pipe up on here and address any future customers concerns. I know I would like to know who....

I'd ask for my money back. I personally don't pay unless the part has been shipped. In Calif I believe it is the law.
If the vendor puts you off without a valid reason I'd cancel the order. A lot of suppliers are basically very small shops with some being those that will use your money to order the materials because they are so low on funds.

I'd put the heat on the vendor. Tell them to throw something in to compensate for stringing you along, Just let them know how pissed you are and that your going to let everyone else know. I'd post the name of the vendor, I wouldn't want anyone else to get screwed also.
