Depends on how slow you want to drive .
I have done the same drive of about 100 highway miles several times at different speeds. Traffic was light and the cruise control was on for almost the whole trip each time. Measured each speed 2 or 3 times, so the mpg is the average:
75 mph - 18.2 mpg
70 mph - 18.9 mpg
65 mph - 19.7 mpg
60 mph - 21 mpg (only did this one once )
2012, 2-door Sahara, stock tires, 3.73 auto

My 2010 2dr 6 speed with 3.21 gears and the 17" SRA tires could hammer down 22-23 mpg pretty regularly on my drive to work. Mostly 60 mph and slower but enough city driving that I was surprised it could do 22 or 23 mpg. Now I have a '12 4dr 6 speed 3.73 and Wrangler Authority tires. I am getting around 18-19 mpg now but doing more interstate hwy driving. Anything over 70 mph killed the mileage on either Jeep.
The 17" SRA tires are the most efficient stock tires and were quite a bit better than the 16" tires.

From Ouray CO to I70 at around 60 MPH the computer was indicating 25.9 MPG. My computer is usually within half a MPG. On that trip lots of highway the computer was pretty much dead on.......Jeep had about a hair over 1,000 miles on it. I'd venture to guess that I was dropping altitude on that leg, but not sure.
