It will get hotter before it gets cooler. Running with the top down now in the desert isn't a whole lot of fun. However, the mountains are nearby and the weather is GREAT up there!

PS - I guess I don't really know what you mean by "Hottest Inside Temperature" since the temp sensor is located outside. Just behind the grill on the driver's side.
yeah, that's what I was gonna say too......I always thought the temp gauge read the outside temp?

I got the gauge to read 114 last summer, Once I got it going though, it cooled off to a pleasant 110. Its a dry heat though... like an oven...

It has been in the 90s most of June so far, even the 80s for about a week. Today kind of sucked though - it was 100* out and raining, so humidity was high.

As for what mine has read. Since I got the Jeep in December, it has gone up to 106*, and the lowest was 27* in December.

Thought it was sarcasm, didn't pick up on the (c) or the speedo for that matter. Either way, can't wait for that heat to settle down here. In Boston, the month of June has been a frigid washout.

well, if your jeep is like mine right now (topless and doorless), the inside temp is the same as the outside temp, and yesterday mine said 108.

I got a billion degrees yesterday.

Actually I have no idea my JK doesn't have one of those new fangled electrothermometers, but I would assume over 100 F
