You could always get the wipers with scrubbers.

Go to an auto detailing store (not autozone or pepboys) and pick up a citrus cleaner (made to remove heavy road grim, and also a window wax. Spray the citrus on heavily, let is sit for a couple of minutes, then use a pressure washer to rinse it, works like a charm. Then when your all done and the glass is dry put the wax on, this will help for the future bugs. don't forget a few of these
